As the founder of the Indian Principals' Network (IPN) FORUM, India's largest knowledge network of school leaders, he has been instrumental in transforming educational leadership and teacher development.

Under his visionary leadership, the IPN FORUM has empowered over 15,000 school leaders and more than 500,000 teachers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous growth in education. His efforts are dedicated to bridging the gap in educational upskilling and creating impactful learning experiences across India and neighboring regions.

Beyond his work with IPN, Gaurava is also the founder of EduAce Services, building India's biggest School Quiz company with a focus on discovering talent from Tier 2 and Tier 3 towns. His initiatives have reached over 150,000 students across 43 cities in 10 states.
